...to my personal portfolio! My name is Kimberly Aikens, owner of KMA Media LLC, and I'm a SMAD student at JMU with a concentration in Creative Advertising. Even though I'm studying CA, I have a personal love for digital video and cinema, as well as graphic design and photography. So, here's everything! The following works that have been compiled on this website are a portfolio of many of my best personal works-- both in and out of school-- over the past several years.

Areas of Expertise
Audio Video
I've always had a passion for film and video, and since coming to a university, I've been able to hone that passion more actively. My Audio Video portfolio is filled with examples of short films, documentaries, and talk show radio.
Graphics and Logos
Designing graphics and logos in Photoshop and Procreate has been nothing short of fun. Both apps feel like my personal playground when designing, and have become one of my biggest media happy-spaces. My Graphics and Logos portfolio has examples of just that-- all created on the Adobe Suite!
Websites
Designing websites is something that I'm fairly new at, but have been enjoying greatly. Though I'm no expert at code, my Website portfolio includes websites I have either helped to create or done myself in a CMS or through HTML/CSS.
Photojournalism
My photojournalism journey began when I joined The Breeze, the award-winning and completely student-run newspaper at James Madison University. My Photojournalism portfolio includes some of my personal favorite pieces from my time working with The Breeze.
